Overview
We have a 7 - days return and refund policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags and its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the product delivery. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition.
Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier company fails to pick up the shipment. You will need to return the shipment to our address.
Reverse Pick Up is dependent on the availability of the service in your area pin code.
Issues in quality/quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
Gift cards are not refundable to bank account.
RETURN PROCESS
- To return an item, please raise a request at click here with a clear photo or a video that shows the product’s defects. Once the return is approved your order will be picked up within 4 -5 working days.
- The team will work on the refund after the product is received. Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.
- In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned with all tags attached, unused and in the exact condition that you received it.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and refund, and let you know if the refund and return was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can't be cancelled once its shipped, you can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the my account page.
EXCHANGES
(exchange policy to be discontinued from 1st July 2024.)
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note : Return and refund will only be entertained if unboxing of packaging video is there with the customer to ensure reliability of the product.
Note : Images are enhanced in photography there will be minor color change in the real product.
We assure customers that they have a fair and hassle - free return process in the circumstances mentioned below categorical wise.
Our aim is to promote the product should be worth its price.
ALL PRODUCTS WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE COMPANY FOR REFUND / REPLACEMENT PROCESS.
FOOTBALLS / VOLLEYBALS AND OTHER BALLS
In order to be eligible for a refund, the customer has to initiate the complaint or return process within 7 calendar day.
Puncture and Bladder leakage complaints will be returned and replacement or refund will be given as per the product’s condition.
Footballs and Volleyballs are sub - categorized into 4 parts accordingly we will define the age group for better purchasing of the product :

TENNIS BALLS
In order to be eligible for a refund, the customer has to initiate the complaint or return process within 7 calendar day.
Assuming balls gets break before the stamp of the ball has not removed all things considered company will take the objections.
Assuming the ball breaks and stamp of the ball is taken out and the client isn't fulfilled all things considered all kind of grievances are opened yet replacement/refund isn't ensured.
CRICKET BATS
In order to be eligible for a refund, the customer has to initiate the complaint or return process within 7 calendar day.
In bats if the handle comes out from the joint then there is high chances of refund or replacement for the customer.
But if the handles break down there is no complaint to be entertained.
In the position of broken bat full videos and photos of the bats are to be submitted via mail and company will look into the matter and will contact the customer through mail or on phone call as per the suitability.
